The Wall Lab in the Center for Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School is now accepting applications for a bioinformatics developer position. The position will involve expanding the capabilities and infrastructure of our ortholog detection system, RoundUp (https://rodeo.med.harvard.edu/tools/roundup/), with particular focus on building and utilizing phylogenetic profiles for genome phylogenetics and protein function prediction.

Knowledge of mysql and SQL, web programming, python and/or perl, php, bioinformatics is required. Interest and experience in evolutionary biology, phylogenetics, statistics, and machine learning is desirable.
