We have developed several bioinformatics resources including RoundUp, a large-scale database of orthology covering over 250 publicly available genomes, BULL, a parallel BLAST service, and most recently Autworks, a web-driven navigation system that allows any researcher to view and search through the network of genes implicated in ASD and related neurological disorders. Please note, some of the resoureces are only available to Harvard Medical School and it's affiliates.
